CompTIA World Magazine: Talking about the CompTIA Mentorship Program

Kate was recently included in an article in CompTIA World Magazine, alongside other industry leaders, talking about the various benefits of the CompTIA Mentorship program. A member of the founding cohort, Kate has experienced the program from both sides and is able to help give a description to others considering the program.

“There’s a good match for everybody,” said Kate Schlarf, vice president, growth marketing, at Moovila. “Don’t worry about there being people in your role in the program. There’s a good chance there is someone that’s a good fit and wants to learn. Schlarf, who participated in the first cohort as a mentee and the second cohort as a mentor, says the program is very much about two way sharing. “Both the mentor and the mentee can be learning and achieving goals at the same time,” she said.
